Agency Set Up with Bryx 911

Getting your agency set up to use Bryx 911 is completely free.

If your agency is not yet set up with Bryx 911, you can begin the process by filling out this form.

You will then receive an email outlining the the different ways we can get calls for your agency. If you choose to set up a data feed, you can find more information on setting one up here. You can also choose not to set up a data feed, and only deploy jobs manually via the management site.


Once your data feed is set up—or you have elected to not provide a data feed—it typically takes about 1-2 business days for our team to analyze the data format and set up your agency in our system. You will receive an email once the agency is fully set up in our system.

After your agency has been set up, we will create accounts for you and any of your other agency managers—if the accounts do not exist already. Other members of your agency will be able to create their own accounts and request to join your agency. Managers of the agency will be able to approve or deny these requests—as well as perform other tasks—via the management site.
