Bryx Dispatch Courier Expired Certificate Error

Modified on Mon, 12 Jun, 2023 at 10:36 AM

Question:

-How to fix a certificate expired error within the Dispatch Courier software.

Answer:

-The first step would be to check the logs, which are found in the Bryx software directory as seen in the example below:

%homedir%/bryx/log.txt
%homedir%/bryx/service-log.txt
-This will give you a version number that will look like this
-If the version is under v.1.14.0

Please follow these instructions to configure Dispatch Courier:
  1. If the configuration program is open, please close it before continuing.
  2. Create a directory titled "%homedir%/bryx" (On Windows, you may have to use %userprofile%/bryx)
  3. Download the following executables, and place them in the directory that was created above.
    https://bucket.bryx.com/courier/files/dispatch-courier-manager-latest.exe
    https://bucket.bryx.com/courier/files/dispatch-courier/esm/win32/esm.exe
If migrating from a previous installation, and you have a config.json file, please copy that config.json file into the created directory.
  4. Re-open the wrapper, and install the service as prompted.
  5. Click the "Edit Config" button and populate your key and token, and set up the software as normal. If migrating from a previous installation and you have a config.json file, you can skip this step.
