Setting Custom Tones on iOS Devices

You can create and set custom tones within the Bryx iOS App by following the steps outlined below.


Open the Bryx app and select the settings icon in the lower right-hand corner. From here, select the option for Alert Settings and select the option for Manage Custom Alerts. 


From here, you can add custom alert sounds to your device via a few methods. If there are already sound files on your device you would like to use, you can simply select the plus (+) button in the upper right-hand corner to open your file browser and select the desired file. If you do not already have sounds on your device, you can import them in a few different ways. If you are unsure of how to do this, you can select the "Show Me How" button.


Now that we have custom tones loaded into the Bryx App, we can now apply the custom tone to the alerts of specific units. In order to do this, you will need to go back to your Bryx Settings page and select the option for Alert Settings. From here, you can select the specific unit you would like to adjust the tones of.


After selecting the call type you would like to adjust the tone for, you can then select which tone you would prefer to use. Your custom tones will appear at the top of the screen and the default app tones will appear on the lower portion of the screen.
